About Us

Welcome to Cambridge Townhouse Association located just south of 128th Street between State Line and Overbrook in Leawood, Kansas.  The Association clusters sixty-four townhomes along four streets, of which three are cul-de-sacs: Cambridge Road, Cambridge Terrace, Cambridge Circle and Cambridge Court. This development was established over 30 years ago but still maintains a very pleasant setting with mature trees and open common area available for all homeowner’s enjoyment.

As a maintenance provided community, the Association assumes responsibilities for the common area as well as trash pickup. The lawn care, tree care, snow removal and various other common area beautification projects focus on maintaining property values. This community is an opportunity for busy folks or retirees to step away from yard work or snow removal. However, many of our homeowners enjoy planting a few flowers and shrubs around the home for that personal touch that adds interest and individuality to the home.

Homeowners elect their board of directors at the annual meeting of the Association. Officers are voted on at the subsequent Board meeting by the Board members. Homeowner involvement and participation in the Cambridge Townhouse Association is encouraged so all homeowners can have a say as to how the community is managed.
